About Us
Mario's Catering, Inc. is a catering company whose services have extended beyond event planning. In addition to traditional catering services, we're also proud to showcase our very own Salad Dressing. We've additionally opened a coffee shop, located in Elkhart, Indiana.
A Bit of History
We formed Mario's Catering from Mario's Meat Market. In 1961 Mario, my father started a meat market and Italian deli in Elkhart Indiana. In 1987 he retired and left me, Lynda, our family business. Slowly, the catering became our prime focus. So in 1991 I closed our retail meat market and concentrated solely on the catering. We have gone from doing 1 or 2 corporate luncheons a week to upwards of 30 per week.
